BushGyu "Samurai" Beef

Bushū Gyu, known as "Samurai Beef," is a premium Japanese Wagyu raised exclusively by the Hasegawa family on their fourth-generation farm in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. The name pays tribute to the region’s rich samurai heritage, historically recognized as “Samurai Territory,” and reflects the deep cultural legacy behind this exceptional beef.

The Hasegawa family raises Japanese Black cattle on their fully integrated farm, carefully managing every step from breeding to feeding. The cattle are born and raised entirely on-site, which reduces stress and enhances marbling quality. With around 800 head of cattle on the farm and only about 350 released to market each year, Bushū Gyu remains an exceptionally rare and sought-after Wagyu.
